  • How do I apply at Tallgrass Village?

    You can find the application online at www.tallgrassvillage.com. Once you find the floor plan that you love, click the "Apply Now" button and complete the application process.   • How long does the application process take?

    Application results are typically returned within 48 hours, although processing times may vary depending on verification and screening requirements. Our team works to process applications as quickly as possible and will communicate with applicants if additional information is needed.

  • Where will I park my car?

    Tallgrass Village offers open parking for residents throughout the community. Residents who would like reserved parking may choose to lease a covered parking space or private garage, subject to availability. Our leasing team can provide current pricing and availability for reserved parking options.

  • Is Tallgrass Village pet friendly?

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a completed Pet Screening profile, signed animal addendum, a $350 non-refundable pet fee and a monthly $20 pet rent per pet as specified on the addendum. There is also a refundable $150 pet deposit per pet. There is no weight limit; however, we do have breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.

  • Is the pool area open year-round?

    At Tallgrass Village our pool area is open and maintained through all the seasons year-round. Our gym and grill area are located centrally to our pool, so this area is always open from 7am-10pm. While we do keep the pool maintained and open all year swim at your own risk during the cold months, as the pool is not heated.

  • Are there elevators on site?

    Tallgrass Village does not have elevators. The clubhouse and common amenity areas are accessible by ramp; however, residents and guests will need to use stairs to access homes located on the second and third floors. If accessibility is an important consideration, our leasing team is happy to discuss available floor plan options that may best meet your needs.

  • What entertainment is available in the area?

    Residents of Tallgrass Village have access to a wide range of entertainment options in and around Alliance Town Center. Popular nearby destinations include Cinemark Alliance Town Center, Main Event Entertainment, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, and Truck Yard Alliance with live music and outdoor events.     Residents experiencing a maintenance emergency outside of normal office hours can call (833) 591-2279 and follow the after-hours prompts to be connected with the on-call maintenance team. Our emergency maintenance services are available to address urgent issues that require immediate attention.

  • Where do I take my trash when valet trash is not being collected?

    Tallgrass Village offers both valet trash service and convenient access to an on-site trash compactor. When valet trash service is not operating, residents may dispose of trash directly at the community compactor, which is located between Buildings 1 and 2. This provides a convenient disposal option whenever needed.

  • What schools are zoned for Tallgrass Village?

    Tallgrass Village is located within the Keller Independent School District, one of the largest and most recognized school districts in the North Fort Worth area. Based on current attendance boundaries, students living at Tallgrass Village are generally zoned North Early Learning Center, Bette Perot Elementary School, Timber View Middle School and Timber Creek High School.
